1. An informational website
This website describes AirSort Ltd, its products and a website-creation service. It is provided for information only. Visiting the site does not create a customer account, a contract for a product, or a live food-ordering relationship.
2. Product descriptions may change
WordTing, AirSort Eats and any other product or service described here may change as they are developed. Features, availability, names and timelines on this website are descriptive and may be updated without notice.
AirSort Eats is in development. Nothing on this website is an offer of live restaurant ordering, live payments, or live delivery.
3. Demonstrations are not production services
The /order and /merchant pages are session-only demonstrations. They use fictional kitchens and sample menus. No real orders or payments are processed. No delivery is booked. Sample details stay in the browser for that visit and disappear when the page is refreshed.
Do not rely on the demonstration for a real meal, payment, allergen decision or delivery.
4. Intellectual property
The AirSort name, WordTing name, AirSort Eats name, site design, copy and original graphics belong to AirSort Ltd or their respective owners. You may view the pages for personal or business evaluation. You may not copy the site, its branding, or its product materials to present them as your own.
WordTing screenshots show the WordTing product. Sample food photographs on the demonstration pages are credited to Unsplash and remain subject to their licences.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this website only in a lawful way. You must not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the site
- use the demonstration to impersonate a real restaurant or customer in a live setting
- present demo content as a live commercial service
- submit unlawful, harmful or misleading material if a form is later added
6. External links
The site may link to other websites, including image hosts used by the demonstration. AirSort Ltd is not responsible for those sites or their content. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Email links open your own mail application. Messages you send are subject to the privacy notice at /privacy.
7. Website services
AirSort Ltd may offer website-creation work. A page describing that service is not a quote, retainer or contract. Any paid work would be agreed separately in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as a public information resource. To the extent permitted by law, AirSort Ltd is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, its product descriptions, or its demonstrations — including any decision made on the basis of sample menus, prices, times or allergen notes.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the website changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised wording. The date at the top will be revised.
