WordTing, the reading app, has its own privacy policy at /wordting/privacy.
1. What this website does
This website describes AirSort Ltd and its products and services. It does not create customer accounts, take payments, or run a live ordering service.
If you write to us, you do so through your own email application using support@getairsort.com. The website does not include a contact form and does not collect email addresses on the page.
2. Information we may receive
Email you send us. If you contact AirSort Ltd, we receive the address you send from, the message, and any details you choose to include. We use that information to reply and to handle your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising lists.
Technical logs. When this website is hosted on a server, the host may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. That is ordinary web-server logging. We do not run a separate analytics or advertising product on this site.
AirSort Eats demonstration. The /order and /merchant pages are session-only demonstrations. Sample names, addresses and order details stay in the browser for that visit and are discarded when the page is refreshed or the tab is closed. They are not sent to a server, stored in a database, or used to take payment.
3. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The AirSort Eats demonstration keeps its sample basket and orders in page memory for the visit; it does not use those details as a tracking cookie.
Your browser may still store ordinary technical data that the hosting platform or the browser itself needs to load the pages.
4. Third-party services used on this website
The corporate pages are served from this website. Product screenshots are hosted here.
The AirSort Eats demonstration loads sample food photographs from Unsplash. Those image requests go to Unsplash’s servers.
Fonts are bundled with the site at build time using Next.js font loading, so the pages do not call a live font service in the browser.
This website does not process payment card data and is not connected to a payment provider or a live delivery service.

- to understand and fix technical problems if logs are available from the host
We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related follow-up. Demonstration details are not retained after the browser session ends.
Hosting logs, if any, follow the retention period of the hosting provider once a production host is in use.
7. Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom, you may have rights over personal data we hold about you, including access, correction, deletion, and a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To ask about data we hold from an email you sent, write to support@getairsort.com.
8. Children
This corporate website is not directed at children and does not ask them for information. WordTing is a separate product with its own privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as the website changes. The date at the top will be revised.
